Halloween Car Show 2022

WHAT? 3rd Annual Apex Car Show Extravaganza (Halloween Themed)

• Our car show is open to any vehicle – the entry fee is $10 per vehicle
• Car show judging begins at 2 pm
• Trophies are awarded for top spots in each category
• Burnout competition immediately follows the show (usually about 3 pm)
• Burnout entry fee is $10; multiple passes will be allowed.
• Prizes awarded to the top 3 spots of burnout competition.
  • $200 plus a Dyno Session
  • $100 and an Apex merchandise pack (Hat, Hoodie & Shirt)
  • Apex merchandise pack
• We will have door prizes which will include
  • Dyno Session without tuning support ($275 Value)
  • Oil change and an Apex merchandise pack
  • Apex merchandise pack

(across from 4-County Electric Company)

WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS? Our Halloween car show is very family-friendly!

• Bounce Houses are provided by A&A’S Jumpertainment
• Snow cones and popcorn will be available to purchase
• Trunk or Treating down the car show row
• Costume contest beginning at 1 pm – Top 3 will have a choice of a kid-friendly gift card

WHO ELSE IS GOING TO BE THERE? Our car shows have progressively grown over the past 3 years, with each one attracting more visitors than the last. Most recently (Easter show 2022), we had nearly 50 vehicles enter into the car show, and hundreds of friends, family, and spectators spread out across the grounds.

HOW CAN I HELP? As our community outreach events have grown in size, we are asking for sponsors to help us continue to bring the best to Starkville. We have three sponsorship levels –

Regular – $75 — names will be mentioned in our social media posts.

Midgrade – $150 — names listed on the flyer AND mentioned in our social media posts.

High-Octane – $350 – this category will have their LOGO printed on our flyers to be handed out as well as linked in our social media posts AND we’ll set aside a space for you to set up a booth onsite as well!
