We require a non-refundable dyno tuning deposit at the time of the appointment. $250 minimum.

Appointments are guaranteed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you call to schedule but do not pay the deposit at that time, and someone else calls later that day and pays their deposit, we will not be able to hold that appointment for you.

The deposit will be applied to your total bill on the day of your tuning appointment, assuming one of the following happens.

• You show up for your scheduled tuning appointment.
• You contact us three days before your appointment to reschedule.

Loss of Deposit:

You lose your deposit if you do not give us three days’ notice or if you neglect to show up for your appointment.

Deposits Are Nontransferable:

Please know the deposit is non-refundable. We do not refund your deposit if you change your mind, sell your car, etc. If we are notified three days before your appointment, we will add a deposit credit to your account to be used toward a rescheduled tuning appointment or toward the purchase of products. Credit is valid for up to three months.
